In Taiwan we celebrate the longest night of the winter with some warm glutinous rice balls! Yum yum. Although we still have packages from last year languishing in our freezer. Fresh is best, and the kids Ahma came over this weekend to make a bunch for dinner. Jaylene helped her although her creations most definitely were not the traditional round ball shape. Ten little creatures were shaped, and this bunny was the first.
Do you have any celebrations or traditions to help pass the long nights of winter?
